Our flatbed gantry-style food printer deposits food-safe edible ink onto any flat food surface with sub-millimeter precision. We currently run multiple printers producing 10,000+ cookies per week in our Toronto production kitchen at 102 Manville Road.
In Q2 2026, we’re integrating a robotic arm with our Freddie frosting machine — automating the cookie pickup, positioning, and print cycle. This is the step that transforms InstaCookie from a boutique studio into a scalable production platform.
