50 units per design for most products. Gift boxes start at 25 boxes. For live events there's no unit minimum — you pay for station time.
Standard lead time is 3–9 business days from artwork approval. Rush production (48hr) is available on most orders for a 20% surcharge. Gift boxes and large custom orders may require 5–7 days.
We accept all major formats — PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG. High resolution (300dpi+) gives the best results. Don't have print-ready artwork? Our team will design and colour-match it at no extra charge.

Printed shortbread cookies last 2–3 weeks sealed at room temperature, and several months frozen. Macarons are best within 5–7 days fresh, or frozen for up to 3 months.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we can't offer refunds once production has begun. If there's a quality issue with your order, reach out and we'll make it right — we may offer a credit toward future orders.
